This week, we're excited to honor Kelly Duncan, a WCS Preschool Special Education Teacher, for her incredible support and advocacy for both students and staff.

Kelly was nominated by WCS Kindergarten teacher Mary Jo Driscoll, who described her as a “marigold”—someone who brings positivity, support and growth to those around her.

Mary Jo shared, "She only knows how to go above and beyond for anyone in her path. Kelly is solution-oriented and happily advocates for students, their families, and colleagues. She continuously inspires me to be the best educator through her work ethic and character."

We are so proud to recognize Kelly and thank her for being a shining example of what it means to inspire and enrich lives at WCS.

Glad you asked! Every two weeks, Warsaw Community Schools unites in their Tiger Tuesday shirts and we take the time to surprise and celebrate an individual who unites others.

Recipients are honored with a small gift, a video highlight, and the joy of being recognized in front of their peers. These moments shine a spotlight on those who go above and beyond to bring people together, support others, and spread positive energy across our schools.
